i had a texturing class with Richard Smith teaching from Infinity Ward. hes a super cool dude and for our first assignment we had to model our cell phones that we had in our pockets... and couldnt cheat by picking an easy phone. my unlucky but had the Motorola V3 Razor.

normaly this wouldnt be a big deal... accept the poly limit was 150 tris. i got it down the 156 tris (sorry boss its not perfect hahah)
here it is

156 tris
3 512x512 maps

color, normal, color specular

Well when you look at the economic demographic which is 3D modeling today (mostly middle/upper class suburban raised) and then you look at the likely age demographic in spiders class (I'm guessing early to mid twenties), few if any of them have home phone addresses because that role is filled by their "trusty" cell phone.

Wow! That looks really good!  Did you do the Textures too, or was that off the interweb?  It looks almost the same as a real razor. :)

Very very nice! Great poly count for how much detail you got in there. Could work nicely as a prop :-p
