I am trying to shoot a video using GES that requires me to be able to open doors and interact with things in game.  The only problem is, there is always something blocking the shot.  The closest I have been able to come to a blank screen is using Slappers, but the hand is too big and difficult to get the shots with.

Is there a way to remove weapons in FP mode to make it seem like a camera but still be able to interact with things fluently?  Maybe a command to put into the Dev Console?

Enter these commands into the developer console in this order:

sv_cheats 1
r_drawviewmodel 0
cl_drawhud 0

impulse 200 should also work for hiding the weapon.
